About 843 Teez

843 Teez is Heather and Todd’s local custom shirt shop: warm, creative, a little bold, and built around helping people feel heard before anything gets printed.

Meet Heather & Todd

Heather

Co-Founder & Culture Architect · Boss Lady of Bold Moves & Big Ideas

Heather is the rock of the pair. She keeps the wheels on, the standards high, and the ideas pointed in the right direction. She is the balance, the steady hand, and the one who makes sure good ideas become real orders customers can feel good about.

Todd

Managing Partner · Creative Director · Chief Imagination Officer

Todd is the creative mind, which is a nice way of saying things can get a little wild once he starts chasing an idea. Heather helps shape that energy into something useful. You should see what happens when she sets him free.

Together, they built 843 Teez to feel like working with real humans. You can bring a logo, a rough sketch, a half-formed idea, or a shirt need you are still figuring out. We will listen, ask questions, and help you get to something that works.

How 843 Teez Started

Todd originally started 843 Teez about 10 years ago, but at the time he did not really have the space or the means to do it the way he wanted. The name was there. The idea was there. The timing just was not.

Years later, while building guitars under Stonetone Guitars, Todd wanted cool shirts for that brand. He loved the feel of Fender, Gibson, and Epiphone shirts and wanted Stonetone to have that same kind of wearable identity. So he broke out the screen printing equipment and started making shirts for the guitar brand.

Then Heather and Todd discovered DTF technology, and that opened up a whole new world. It made detailed, full-color custom shirts more practical for small batches, one-offs, and real local orders. 843 Teez officially became part of the GrizzBuilt brand family, and it has quickly become the flagship brand.

What Makes 843 Teez Different

We are real people

You are not sending your idea into a giant online print machine. You are working with a small Conway shop that cares whether your shirts turn out right.

One shirt matters here

We are small enough to care about the person who needs one shirt the same way we care about the person who needs 100. The order size changes the details, not the respect.

Ideas are welcome messy

You do not need polished artwork. A pencil sketch on a bar napkin, a phrase, a screenshot, or a rough concept can be enough to start the conversation.

We care how you look

When customers look good in shirts we made, we look good too. That is why placement, shirt feel, print size, and clarity all matter.

The Customers We Love Working With

Our favorite customers are people with an idea. It might be a business shirt, a family shirt, a team shirt, a church shirt, a fundraiser design, a vacation shirt, or something nobody has seen before.

This is where Todd gets turned loose creatively and Heather helps shape and refine the idea into something strong. One customer once said “Wu Tang Bee,” and that small spark turned into an amazing full-back shirt that became one of Todd’s favorite designs.

That kind of thing is why 843 Teez exists. Not just to print shirts, but to help turn the little spark in someone’s head into something they can actually wear, hand out, sell, gift, or remember.

Woman-Owned, Veteran-Owned, and Local

843 Teez is woman-owned and veteran-owned. Heather served in the Army. Todd is a Desert Storm veteran who served in the Air Force.

That background shows up in how we try to treat people: be straight with them, take the work seriously, communicate clearly, and do the best job we can with what is in front of us.

What It Feels Like to Work With Us

We want customers to feel welcome, heard, and taken seriously. We want you to feel like you can ask a question without getting buried in print jargon or pushed toward something that does not fit.

If a detail needs to be clarified, we would rather ask before we print than guess and hope. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the best product we can make for your idea, budget, timeline, and quantity.

If you want a practical next step, start with our custom shirts page, read a few shirt tips on the blog, or send the idea through the quote form.

Tell us what you’re thinking.

Whether it is one shirt, a staff order, a family joke, a memorial idea, or a full back design that started as two words, we will help you figure out the next step.
