Planning Your Custom Order with 843 Teez
Great custom shirts start with a little planning. Here’s what to expect from your first idea to your ready-for-pickup message.
Have an event date? Tell us before ordering.
We’ll check our production schedule and let you know what’s possible before you place your order. A week’s notice isn’t always enough, even if we completed a previous order that quickly. Reach out early and include the date you need your shirts in hand.
When your turnaround begins
Your quoted turnaround window starts once we have your required deposit, approved artwork, and complete quantities and sizes. Missing details or changes after approval can affect your completion date. Full payment is appreciated; a 50% deposit is required to get your custom order started.
Business days matter
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For example, a quote of 7–10 business days is a production window, not 7–10 calendar days. Please plan around the full quoted window. Your individual quote sets the timing for your order.
Quick turnaround depends on availability
Garment availability, order size, printing requirements, and existing commitments all affect timing. A fast turnaround on a previous order does not guarantee the same timing on your next one. We’ll confirm a realistic window for your order.
Need a rush order? Ask first.
Rush requests are welcome, but availability must be confirmed before ordering. An event date listed on a request is not a confirmed deadline until we agree to it. We’ll let you know whether we can accommodate your date and whether a rush charge applies.
We’ll let you know when it’s ready.
You don’t need to check in each day to keep your order moving. We’ll contact you as soon as it’s ready for pickup and reach out if anything changes your expected completion window. Please wait for that confirmation before coming to collect your order.
