At 843 Teez, **every item is made just for you** — printed on demand with your chosen design. Because of the custom nature of our products, **we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.**
💥 Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise flawed, please contact us within **7 days of delivery**. Send a clear photo of the issue along with your order number to [Sales@843Teez.com], and we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
🔄 Wrong Size or Change of Mind
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Choosing the wrong size or color
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

📬 Shipping Issues
843 Teez is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses. If you notice a mistake in your address after placing an order, contact us ASAP and we’ll try to fix it before your item is printed.
