At 843 Teez, every item is made just for you — printed on demand with your chosen design. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise flawed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a clear photo of the issue along with your order number to Sales@843Teez.com, and we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Choosing the wrong size or color
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Please double-check your order details and sizing before checkout. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help before you order.

Shipping Issues

843 Teez is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses. If you notice a mistake in your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to fix it before your item is printed.
